D-Link DIR-300 A1 & B1 超級比一比
最近這一兩年網壇上興起大刷第三方韌體風,這股旋風大概是去年的WL-520GU/GC開始悶燒,為了家用的無線路由器跑起來更穩更強不熱當,網民紛紛改刷DD-WRT或Tomato等第三方韌體。
如今這股風已經延燒到D-Link DIR-300身上,D-Link DIR-300從去年推出至今已經進入到第二版(Rev.B1,以下簡稱B1)硬體規格,早期第一版也就是Rev.A1(以下簡稱A1)即因DD-WRT韌體有支援的關係加上價格便宜,入手價格通常1000有找,近來還有網路商店拿來當成購買小筆電之贈品,所以在網路上造就了一股刷機熱潮。
這兩台當紅炸子機,倒底有何不同呢? 
底下就從外觀開始介紹

撕開貼紙,後方的比較,乍看之下相似度達到95%
就以外觀來看,兩者非常容易分辨,A1中間圍著一條銀色面板,頂部是霧面處理,B1則是全黑造型,頂部則是鋼琴鏡面,相較之下A1新潮大方,B1質感優雅(這樣講兩者都不得罪 )。

A1登入畫面
 
B1登入畫面,多一層驗證
 
官方韌體版本
A1停留在1.04版,2008/7/5,看來有支援DD-WRT後,官方韌體更新工作都可以省下來
 
B1則是2.00版,2009/5/7
 
A1無線網路規格是802.11g
 
B1無線網路規格則進步到802.11n
 
打開筆電實測無線連線速度顯示270Mbps 

看來兩者除了外觀差異之外,硬體規格有顯著的不同,尤其是無線網路B1已經支援到802.11n。咦..包裝盒上明明只標記802.11g,54Mbps等字眼,為何實際上卻是不折不扣的802.11n,不知有沒有人會為此去告原廠包裝不實,這應該算是廠商給消費者的bonus

兩者硬體規格比較表
到底熟優熟劣本篇不做任何推薦,畢竟兩者前後上市時間已隔了將近一年,難免在規格上存在部份差異,不過在經過更新成DD-WRT韌體後,兩者附加價值又往上提升一步,在此提供大家在網路上選購時提供一個參考。

若要查看/var/log/messages, 請參考[DD-WRT] 系統日誌(System Log)就有訊息產生.
